If you are new <\/strong><strong>to the woods, here\u2019s the deal in plain English. We don&#8217;t want to sound harsh, but everyone needs to understand this:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bg-font-family-menu-secondary\" style=\"border-width: 0px;\">This is the real, unpredictable wilderness, full of great and not so great surprises, but THAT is the definition of an adventure! Stay alert and you will have an excellent visit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bg-font-family-menu-secondary\">95 percent of the time everything is magical out here, but it is the forest, and we DO have the usual forest hazards, like sticks, bugs, wild animals, weather, and weak cell service. Occasional wind storms knock the power out. Eagles, owls, bears, coyotes, and other predators will be hoping you let your pet out unsupervised to run around the neighborhood and leave your game and trash unsecured. Stick to hunting the public land only so you don\u2019t accidentally shoot the neighbors. ATVs start numerous forest fires, so stay on the road. We are available to answer questions and help you out any way we can. That\u2019s how we all live up here in the woods.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bg-font-family-menu-secondary\" style=\"border-width: 0px;\">No drunken racing up and down the road on your ATV or firing wildly into the air.&nbsp; This is not Fallujah.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bg-font-family-menu-secondary\" style=\"text-align: center; font-style: italic;\" data-font-style=\"italic\">We know that it\u2019s just not the same without a campfire, but this is forest fire country and we all live in terror of a fire all summer. No campfires or fireworks allowed. Ever. I\u2019m pretty sure you don\u2019t<br \/>\nhave enough insurance to afford burning down the neighborhood. Please make sure your kids understand that too.
